A part-time claims adjuster, part-time college student and full time wife and mother, I have a beautiful 4-year-old daughter and I’m married to my high school sweetheart. Writing has always been a passion of mine, ever since that first journal when I was 8. I wrote about my daily “happenings” and pasted leaves, flowers and other outdoor goodies into it. Since then, though my writing style has (hopefully) improved, I still have that same drive to put words together in a way that paints a picture. I have a personal blog, more like an online journal shared with family and friends and do various freelance writing assignments as time permits.
Other fun facts: I play the bass guitar on my church worship team and also sing a bit. I love canoeing or kayaking on spring fed rivers but rarely get the chance to do it. I have two furbabies and I love to read most kinds of fiction whenever time permits.
