I don’t know how many of you have noticed but a lot of stores this year are starting their holiday sales already. I guess it’s an effort to boost sales and extend the traditional holiday sales boon. We decided to get the Nintendo Wii for ourselves for Christmas and last night, Best Buy had a special sales event for two hours, invitation only. The Wii was its usual $249 but we got bonus rewards points (double the usual) if we bought it last night. As a result, we will end up getting around $50 back in gift certificates. That’s basically a game for free! Keep an eye out for stuff like this as it happens. You could get your shopping done early!
