Mom Talk

Baby showers are another expensive endeavor and one that I am currently undertaking for a friend. I have already spent more than I intended and I’m not even finished yet! I found some generic baby shower invitations in the clearance bin at the party store and bought 4 packs of 8. Then I got the guest list from her and there are 60 invitations needed! Yikes! So, I went to the dollar store yesterday and fortunately found 10- packs for a dollar each! I wish I’d known about that sooner! Also, with postage at $0.42 each, that’s going to be around $20 total. I’m researching less expensive ways to still make the shower nice and I plan to share them here as I find them so stay tuned!
